New photos of LG’s next-generation Optimus G2 smartphone were published this week, following up photos that had leaked early last month. The images come from anonymous Twitter user @evleaks, who is known for publishing accurate information and authentic photos of unannounced smartphones. The photos appear to be stills from a promotional video showcasing the Optimus G2, or simply “G2” as it is called in the images, and the tagline “learning from you” suggests that the handset may feature some kind of adaptive functionality. The volume buttons also appear to be situated on the back of the phone instead of a side edge. LG’s Optimus G2 is expected to be unveiled during a press conference in August, and the leaked photos follow below.
