According to the sometimes-incredibly-reliable-but-sometimes-wrong Digitimes, HTC is definitely working on an Android 3.0 tablet and it’s set to be released in the first quarter of next year. Not much else is being reported by Digitimes, and to be honest, we all have assumed this already. Especially with Motorola working on an Android 3.0 tablet due out on Verizon Wireless around February. Our question for you? What tablet size would you prefer most? 10 inch, 7 inch, or something else?
