The new LG Nexus 5 is one of the two new handsets Google is reportedly releasing in 2015. The device has been featured in countless leaks, and designers already imagined what the smartphone will look like in assorted concept renders. In fact, some accessory makers are already listing Nexus 5 cases on online retail stores and are selling protective cases for a phone that’s yet to be confirmed.
DON’T MISS: Samsung Galaxy Note 5 review
It’s not clear at this time when Google will release the new Nexus handsets, but Oppomart already has in stock an $8.99 “armor protective silicon skin case for LG Nexus 5 (2015).”
The images posted on the site show a device that’s similar to the Nexus 5 concept renders that have hit the web recently. The handset has dual-stereo front-facing speakers, and a fingerprint sensor on the back, right underneath the camera.
This is by no means official confirmation that the new Nexus 5 will indeed offer users these particular features, but the fact that at least one accessory maker has already manufactured accessories for a phone that can’t be purchased yet is a strong indication that Google will indeed launch the new LG-made Nexus 5 fairly soon.
