Microsoft is far from releasing its final version of the major Windows 10 software update for desktop, mobile and Xbox, but the company has good news for those hardcore Windows fans who can’t wait to get their hands on the latest Windows 10 features, The Register reports.

The company committed, once again, to releasing more frequent updates, which would let users and developers that have signed up for the Insider program check out new features faster than on the current schedule, even if that means more errors and crashes could be expected.
In October, Microsoft announced a Fast “release ring” for Windows 10, the publication notes, but that’s not really fast enough. The company did not release any new updates in February, regardless on any of the Fast or Slow release rings.
Microsoft’s Gabe Aul on Thursday said on Twitter that while there’s no new build to release, the company will post an announcement inside its Insider Hub, telling people who want access to lower risk Windows 10 builds to move to Slow rather than staying on the Fast ring.
Aul further added the company is considering adding a third ring, which should deliver even faster Windows 10 updates. “We are still considering another ring, but we feel we’re not maximizing Fast yet so we’re starting there,” he said. It’s not clear though what the next Windows 10 update will bring over, as Microsoft is yet to announce any details about it.
