It looks like the HTC (2498Droid DNA will be launching on Verizon Wireless (VZ) sooner rather than later. A newly discovered listing on a Verizon support page clearly lists a device called the “HTC Droid DNA ADR6435” that is listed as not having a removable battery. Additionally, the always-reliable Evleaks has posted an image of the Droid DNA “ADR6435 Deluxe” with a target release in early December.

Although specs have been hard to pin down, the Droid DNA is believed to be based off KDDI’s J Butterfly smartphone. If the Droid DNA is in fact a variant of the J Butterfly, it’ll have a 5-inch 1080p resolution display, 1.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage (expandable via microSD), NFC, LTE and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
