It appears that the wait is nearly over the Nokia’s expansive fall lineup. In a press release last month, Nokia stated that it was expecting to ship both devices in Q4 2013. Now, according to a report from WPCentral, inventory listings have confirmed that both Nokia’s Lumia 1520 phablet and the Lumia 2520 tablet will be available at AT&T and Verizon on November 22nd. The listings also show that the Lumia 2520 will be available in red and black on Verizon (although only the black variation appears for AT&T) and the Lumia 1520 will be available in red, black, yellow and white on AT&T. The Lumia 1520 is expected to retail for $549 off contract, $199 on contract.
In a separate report, WPCentral found a way to save $100 on the Lumia 2520 by waiting a week after the tablet’s release. In Nokia’s press release, the Lumia 2520 was estimated to cost around $499, but a Black Friday advertisement seems to indicate that Verizon customers can purchase the tablet for $399 with a contract on November 29th. If Nokia’s 10.1-inch, Windows RT 8.1 tablet has caught your eye, it might be worth waiting an extra seven days to pick one up.
