We already know everything there is to know about Amazon’s next-generation Kindle Fire HD tablets. BGR exclusively detailed both the 7-inch and 8.9-inch models early last month and then exclusively published both devices’ full specs in a subsequent report. Now that the tablets are nearing launch however, benchmark test results from the 8.9-inch model have leaked for the first time. Nothing new can be gleaned from the test results, but they do support several of the key specs we’ve already covered: a 2,560 x 1,600-pixel display, Adreno 330 graphics (from the Snapdragon 800 MSM8974 processor), a clockspeed in excess of 2GHz and Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. The new Kindle Fire and Kindle Fire HD tablets are expected to be unveiled as soon as next month, and an image showing the benchmark test results follows below.
