Obviously, to be able to enjoy these features, users will need an iOS device capable of running iOS 8 and a Mac compatible with Yosemite. Once these prerequisites are met, users can dive right into Mann’s tips and tricks, which are supposed to make their photography-related daily chores easier than before.
Some of the Yosemite features Mann recommends include fast AirDrop transfers between iPhone and Mac, batch renaming multiple photo files in Finder, adding a preview pane in Finder to immediately see images and sending bigger mail attachments via MailDrop. The photographer also highlights the Camera Roll’s return in iOS 8.1 and the new iCloud Photo Library feature.
