Samsung’s appeal to stay a ban recently ordered on its Galaxy Tab 10.1 Android-powered tablet has been rejected. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit on Friday issued an order rejecting Samsung’s request for a stay on the sales ban, which was issued in late June. “Samsung’s request for an immediate stay is denied,” the court said, according to Reuters. Samsung lost an earlier effort to appeal the ban in a U.S. District Court for the Northern district of California earlier this week.
