The much rumored “honeycomb”-style home screen for the upcoming Windows Mobile 6.5 has made its appearance in yet another leak. Small-time handset manufacturer Compulab, which has yet to produce a viable product, has posted a few images of its upcoming Exeda handset supposedly running Windows Mobile 6.5 Alpha. The two screenshots show the honeycomb launcher and a full screen background image. The screenshot of the honeycomb launcher features a giant, if not a bit ugly, application close “X” button that is presumably more touch friendly than the current application close button. Remember though, this is an alpha we’re looking at so things can certainly change. You can expect more of these leaks in the upcoming weeks as Mobile World Congress approaches and the expected announcement of Windows Mobile 6.5 draws near. Hit the jump for another shot.
