Verizon and Skype holding joint press conference at MWC

Today, Verizon Wireless announced that it will be holding a joint press conference with Skype at the Mobile World Congress on Tuesday the 16th. While no specific details have been released about what the two companies plan to talk about, we can use our imaginations. Are we finally going to see a major U.S. carrier partner up with Skype to provide a VoIP solution using the cellular data channel?  Boy, do we hope so.
