Samsung has officially taken its “try anything” approach to gadgets to a whole new level. The company on Wednesday announced the Hennessy, an Android flip phone that features dual 3.3-inch touch displays with resolutions of 320 x 480 pixels, a 1.2GHz quad-core processor, a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera, a 1500 mAh battery and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. While the idea of bringing back older form factors such as the flip phone may seem silly, remember that many people mocked Samsung for bringing back the stylus with its Galaxy Note series that turned into a surprise hit. Samsung still hasn’t announced any release date or pricing for the Hennessy.
