Cool concept imagines the iWatch’s home screen on a 2.5-inch display

We have to admit that we were surprised a bit by Thursday’s Reuters report claiming that Apple’s iWatch would feature a 2.5-inch display, which seems to be absolutely enormous for a smartwatch. There was at least one person who wasn’t surprised by the news, however: Lewis Dorigo, a frequent poster over at MacRumors’s forum, earlier this year predicted that the iWatch would have a similarly sized display and made up some concepts showing what iOS would look like on such a display.

As you can see from the picture above, Dorigo’s display is big enough to hold three rows of icons, which would give you a lot of different options to choose from on your wrist.

Dorigo has also created other mockup screens that depict the iWatch’s lock screen, its phone call display and its settings screen. Be sure to go to his blog and check all his concepts out for yourself.
