Apple on Monday released a new beta version of iOS 8.2, version 4, which developers and anyone else with access to a developer account can install right away on iPhones and iPads compatible with iOS 8. The update is available over-the-air (OTA), just like previous versions.
Just like previous iOS 8.2 beta releases, iOS 8.2 beta 4 is compatible with the iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c, iPhone 5, iPhone 4S, iPad Air 2, iPad Air, iPad mini 3, iPad mini 2, iPad mini, third-generation iPad, iPad 2 and fifth-generation iPod touch.
The main feature of iOS 8.2 is likely going to be Apple Watch and WatchKit support, although Apple is further expected to refine and improve the overall user experience in iOS 8.
