The biggest smartphone battle of the coming months will be between Samsung’s newly redesigned Galaxy S6 and HTC’s new flagship One M9. Reliable smartphone leaker Upleaks has just dropped what appears to be the comprehensive list of specifications for the HTC One M9 and anyone hoping for a truly high-end Android phone will not be disappointed.

We’ll start off with the top-line specs: A 5-inch FHD display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, a 20.7-megapixel rear-facing camera, a 4-megapixel front-facing camera, 3GB of RAM, 32GB or 64GB of internal storage, a 2840mAh battery, a micro SD card slot and Android 5.0.2 Lollipop.

All told, these specs match up pretty well with what we’ve read about the Galaxy S6’s specifications so far, although it appears the One M9 may have a slightly bigger battery than Samsung’s next major release.

HTC must also be happy that Qualcomm has reportedly fixed some of the overheating problems that were said to plague the Snapdragon 810 because, unlike Samsung, HTC doesn’t have an in-house chipset option it can use in case the Snapdragon 810 fell through.

Upleaks has a much more detailed list of all the One M9’s specifications, as well as some information on some of the best accessories that will be available with the device. Check it out by clicking here.
