Apple’s newest iPhones aren’t the only hugely anticipated devices that feature the number “6” to launch this fall. We’re also really looking forward to Google’s new Motorola-manufactured Nexus 6 that will serve as a showcase device for the company’s big Android L update later this month. Android Police has now obtained yet another picture of the Nexus 6, and this time it appears to be a photo of the device snapped while an early adopter was using it in public.
MORE NEXUS 6 PICTURES: Leaked pic may show us just how massive the Nexus 6 will really be
The device in the picture certainly appears to be much larger than any Nexus device yet released and it matches up well with earlier leaked pictures we’ve seen of the Nexus 6. According to previous leaks, the device will feature a display in the neighborhood of 5.9 inches and, presuming the person holding it doesn’t have overly tiny hands, we can see that this Nexus device really is quite large.
Other leaked specs for the Nexus 6 reportedly include a QHD display with a resolution of 2,560 x 1440 pixels (498 pixels per inch), a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera, a 2-megapixel front-facing camera, a 3,200mAh battery and Android L. Google will likely unveil the new Nexus 6 alongside the HTC-manufactured Nexus 9 tablet next month when it also officially releases Android L.
