For many, professional reviews on sites like BGR play a huge role in helping people decide which smartphone to purchase next. Reviews like our recent Galaxy S6 review and HTC One M9 review dive deep into the devices to help people better understand what it’s like to use the latest and greatest devices on the market before they even launch.

Sometimes, however, it’s nice to supplement those deep dives with a simplified review of sorts that covers not just one or two devices, but a wide range of phones that are all competing for space in your pocket. And now, one such review pitting six flagship smartphones against one another has come from an unlikely place.

DON’T MISS: Fine, I’ll explain why the Galaxy S6 edge exists

There are plenty of great smartphone options out there but if most phone fanatics were asked to pick the top six, many lists would look like the one Reddit user “eallan” put together on Sunday. Unlike most people, however, this Redditor actually owns all six of these great flagship smartphones, and he put all of his thoughts together in one post on Sunday morning.

Included in the post are the Galaxy S6, Galaxy S6 edge, HTC One M9, iPhone 6, Nexus 6 and second-generation Moto X.

While you won’t find an in-depth review as you would on a tech media site, this Redditor did a great job of covering many high-level points for each of the six phones discussed. As a result, readers can get a good idea of what a typical smartphone enthusiast might think of each phone in the context of all the other models.
