Mark Gurman is just full of scoops this week. Less than two hours after spilling major details about Apple’s completely redesigned 12-inch MacBook Air, Gurman is back with another new report that details Apple’s release plans for its highly anticipated Apple Watch.

As of right now, Apple is working to get the Apple Watch ready for a release in March and will start training key members of its retail staff on how to use the device in mid-February so they’ll be ready to go roughly two weeks later.

“Several sources tell us that Apple is planning an extensive testing program to familiarize Apple Retail Store employees with the new product category,” Gurman writes. “One or two representatives from many Apple Stores in the United States, depending on store and market size, will be sent to Apple offices in either Cupertino, California or Austin, Texas to learn first-hand about the Watch. These training programs will take place between February 9th and February 16th.”

Be sure to check out Gurman’s full report, which also details the last-minute tinkering Apple is doing on the watch’s operating system, at the source link below.
