Anyone who has ever tried Carrot Fit at least once can tell you how delightfully annoying the fitness app is. It’ll make fun of you while it trains you, and make you laugh when you least expect it during a gruesome seven-minute workout from hell. And Carrot Fit users who plan on also purchasing the Apple Watch should know that Carrot Fit now has Apple Watch support.

The company on Monday announced Apple Watch updates for a few of its apps, including Carrot Fit and Carrot Weather – the second is an equally humorous weather app that you might also enjoy.
As for Apple Watch functionality in Carrot Fit, you have to “simply start my workout on your iPhone, then all you have to do is raise your wrist to see what exercise you’re supposed to be performing.”
To pause a workout or pull up instructions, you’ll simply have to use the new Apple Watch gesture, Force Touch.
Similarly, Carrot Weather for Apple Watch will display weather updates right on your wrist with help of a color-coded interface that will make it really easy to read. The Watch will show quick summaries for current, 24-hour and 7-day forecasts, and you can use Force Touch to switch locations.
