The Apple (AAPL)-Samsung (005930) patent trial isn’t quite over yet. CNET reports that Judge Lucy Koh, who oversaw the trial earlier this year, will “consider the questions” about whether jury foreman Velvin Hogan “concealed information” from the court while he was being selected for the jury. In particular, Koh said that she will ask Apple “to disclose what information the company’s lawyers knew about the jury foreman” during a hearing on December 6th. Samsung is alleging that Hogan never told the court that he had been sued by Seagate, his former employer and a company that also happens to have a strategic partnership with Samsung.
