HTC Thunderbolt release date set for February 24th?

We’re hearing rumors that Verizon Wireless store managers have been told to prepare for a February 24th release of HTC’s 4.3-inch, LTE, Thunderbolt handset.  The 24th of February has been a popular, rumored launch-date for the device in the blogosphere over the past few days. Earlier today, the company took to Twitter to taunt the awaiting masses that the device would be here “sooner than expected.” BIONIC or Thunderbolt… that is the question.
