Samsung (005930) scored an undeniable hit with its Galaxy S III smartphone, and now all eyes will be on what the company does for an encore. But while we’re waiting, SammyHub notes that Samsung’s Ukrainian website has put up a press release for a new smartphone called the Galaxy Premier that looks very similar to the Galaxy S III and features similar specifications, including a 2100mAh battery, an 8-megapixel camera, and LTE and NFC connectivity. There seem to be two major differences, though: The Galaxy Premier comes with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean right out of the box and it has a slightly smaller 4.65-inch Super AMOLED display. So far we only know that the Galaxy Premier is being released in the Ukraine in December, so it’s not known whether the device will make it to the United States anytime soon.
