There is something about white devices that tends to revitalize people’s interest in a smartphone. In the past year numerous, Android devices have been released in black or gray, only to be re-released in white a few months later. We have seen the DROID Incredible 2, Galaxy S II line and even the Nexus S in white. According to Clove and MobileFun, two UK retailers, a white variant of the Galaxy Nexus should arrive in early February. The internals are exactly the same as its gray counterpart and pricing shouldn’t be different either. Unfortunately, there is no indication that Verizon Wireless will release a white version, however, we wouldn’t rule it out.
