AT&T (T) announced on Monday that it will begin selling the LG (06657011) Optimus G on November 2nd for $199.99 with a two-year contract. The Optimus G has a beefy 4.7-inch display with 1280 x 768 pixel resolution, a 1.5 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, 2GB RAM and connectivity with AT&T’s 4G LTE network. So long as AT&T’s version of the Optimus G doesn’t cut out any features, the smartphone should also have a 8-megapixel rear camera, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and a whopping 2,100mAh battery. BGR had a brief hands-on with the LG Optimus G last month and walked away impressed by the speedy smartphone. Preorders for the Optimus G on AT&T begin October 16th.
