Verizon Wireless today announced the addition of a handful of new LTE markets coming online later this week: Columbia and Hilton Head, South Carolina; Wilmington, North Carolina; Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton and Lehigh Valley Airport in Pennsylvania; along with Cleveland and Clarksville, Tennessee. The bushel of markets were foreshadowed by Verizon earlier today — the company tweeted that “a mess of new cities and towns” were being added to its LTE portfolio. If you are located in any of the aforementioned cities you’ll have access to Verizon’s 4G, LTE airwaves beginning this Thursday, April 21st.
