It took a bit longer than most brand new Apple (AAPL) products, but preorder inventory of Apple’s new iPad mini tablet is now sold out on Apple.com. Shipping quotes had slipped to two weeks for all white iPad mini models on Friday, and the entry-level iPad mini in black sold out roughly 33 hours after becoming available. As of Monday morning, launch-day stock of the 32GB and 64GB iPad mini models ran out as well. Those who preordered their tablets before inventory was depleted will receive them on November 2nd, and additional in-store stock will be available that day as well. New orders placed on Apple’s website will ship in two weeks.
