Well look what we have here. It’s the Motorola Droid 2 live (sorta) and in the flesh, and looking more or less identical to the original Droid save for its updated keypad (thank heavens!) and more rounded edges. The specs, as Droid Life understands it, include an updated keypad, 3.7″ display, 5 megapixel camera, Wi-Fi tethering, 8GB internal memory, pre-installed 8GB microSD card, updated version of MOTOBLUR (ninjaBLUR?) and a 750MHz OMAP 3 processor. HDMI out and a front-facing camera won’t be included with the Droid 2. Sadly the Droid 2 was seen running Eclair instead of Froyo, but if it’s any consolation — and we’re not sure it is– the Droid 2 has a newer, less intrusive version of MOTOBLUR (ninjaBLUR?) Wanna see more of the Droid 2? Then hit up the jump to check out a couple of pics and a video of the boot up screen, then head on over to Droid Life for more.
