For many existing iPhone users, the recently introduced iPhone SE has been a long time coming. While many people undoubtedly love the bigger designs Apple went with on its iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s models, there exists a large contingent of users who simply prefer a smaller form factor.
Packed with the same advanced technology as the iPhone 6s, the iPhone SE may very well be Apple’s sleeper hit of the season. But even if we put tech specs aside for a moment, the iPhone SE is particularly compelling because Apple thankfully opted to make it extremely affordable, pricing the base model at just $399. And now, thanks to a new deal available at Walmart, the iPhone SE, and all iPhone models for that matter, will be more affordable than ever before.

In a promotion that began this past Friday, Walmart is offering prospective iPhone buyers $100 off on all iPhone models, including the iPhone SE and the flagship iPhone 6s models. That being the case, you’ll be hard pressed to find a better deal than an iPhone SE for just $299.
Notably, the discount will be factored into a user’s monthly installment plan, which is to say the discount can’t be applied when a user opts for the subsidized pricing that comes along with a 2-year contract.
Walmart is working with AT&T, Verizon & Sprint on the deal, so customers will see the discounts through their bills. Unfortunately, T-Mobile customers won’t be able to take advantage of the promotion. The deal is also not available for online purchases.
Not an iPhone fan? Not to worry. Walmart just so happens to be running an even better promotion for Samsung’s flagship smartphone models. Specifically, users who purchase a Galaxy S6 or the recently released Galaxy S7 can pick up the device at a $150 discount.
Walmart’s smartphone deals are slated to run through the end of June.
