Motorola’s Droid Turbo isn’t getting the same level of hype as other Android flagships released so far this year, in part because the device seems destined to be a Verizon exclusive. That said, it still looks like it’s going to be a great smartphone with killer specs that are even better than the 2014 Moto X. Android Police draws our attention to newly leaked pictures posted by @MotoFirmware on Twitter that give us a fresh look at Motorola’s latest Droid.
Both of these pictures give us a nice look at the front and the rear of the device, respectively. The previously leaked pictures that we’ve seen showed us the device more up close but these two pictures give us a nice look at what the device will look like coming out of its retail box.
According to earlier leaks, the Droid Turbo will feature a 5.2-inch display with a resolution of 2,560 x 1,440 pixels, a Snapdragon 805 quad-core processor that runs at 2.65GHz, a 19-megapixel camera, 3GB of RAM and Android 4.4 KitKat For comparison, the new Moto X features a 5.2-inch full HD 1080p, a 2.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor, a 13-megapixel camera, 2GB of RAM, a massive 3,990mAh battery and Android 4.4 KitKat. Motorola will unveil the device this Tuesday.
