A new report from Mark Gurman of 9to5Mac finally pins down a few release dates for some upcoming Apple products. First off, we have the long-rumored 21.5-inch 4K iMac. A product that has been making its way through the rumor mill for quite some time, Gurman writes that revamped iMacs will at long last make their way into stores as early as Tuesday, October 13.

DON’T MISS: Microsoft made the ultimate laptop: the Surface Book

Per usual, the report adds that initial supply of Apple’s new iMac may be somewhat sparse as the company works towards a full ramp up ahead of the upcoming holiday shopping season. Still, it’s nice to see that Apple isn’t completely ignoring desktop computing. Though Apple did release a 5K 27-inch iMac about 12 months ago, the last time Apple significantly updated its 21.5-inch iMac was all the way back in the fall of 2013. Clearly, this product refresh is a long time coming for folks who prefer desktops to laptops. Of course, that fancy new 4K display is going to cost you as it will likely cost a bit more than its non-4K equivalent.

Also slated for release this fall is the iPad Pro. While Apple didn’t give us a specific release date when it unveiled its gargantuan new tablet last month, Gurman writes that Apple is aiming to have it out in stores sometime in early November. This of court jibes with a report we covered earlier which claims that the iPad Pro may arrive in stores during the first week of November.
