T-Mobile has a great new Cyber Monday deal for smartphone buyers looking to score a cheaper iPhone this year, and the impressive offer is also good for the iPhone 6: The carrier is basically offering a free $100 memory upgrade, meaning that buyers can purchase a higher-capacity iPhone for $100 less than it usually costs.

The offer is good online at T-Mobile, and it’s available from Monday, 2:01 a.m. PST through 11:59 a.m. PST, or while supply lasts.

“Additional memory means more space for the epic photos and videos shot on your iPhone. It means enjoying more of the 1.3 million amazing apps available on the App Store and having plenty of room to grow your content libraries as your storage needs grow over time,” the carrier wrote in a press release.

Unfortunately, the iPhone 6 Plus isn’t included in the promotion. T-Mobile’s discounted iPhones on Cyber Monday include only certain iPhone 6, iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c versions as follows:

  • Buy an iPhone 6 16GB and T-Mobile will upgrade you to an iPhone 6 64GB ($100 off)
  • Buy an iPhone 5s 32GB and T-Mobile will upgrade you to an iPhone 5s 64GB ($100 off)
  • Buy an iPhone 5c 8GB and T-Mobile will upgrade you to an iPhone 5c 32GB ($100 off)
