“The next big thing is already here,” according to Samsung (005930). Following up its botched attempt to promote the Galaxy S III on Facebook and an iPhone 5 attack ad that ran earlier this week in newspapers, Samsung has released a new commercial that again takes aim at Apple (AAPL) fans willing to wait in line to purchase new Apple products. As iPhone fans tout trivial new features such as a relocated headphone jack and a cool new dock adapter, Galaxy S III users stroll by and show off functions such as NFC playlist sharing and Share Shot. Thankfully, Samsung left features like “Palm Touch Mute Pause” out of this new ad.
