Kanye West surprised fans on Friday with the first single from Cruel Winter, a brand new album that will feature several collaborations. Cruel Winter is the rumored sequel to Cruel Summer, an album coming from Kanye and G.O.O.D Music. The first untitled track is already available to listen online, while we wait for it to make it to iTunes, Apple Music, Spotify, and other online music streaming/stores.

“Tune into Big Boy’s 92.3 I’m about to play the first single from Cruel Winter,” West wrote on Twitter, without offering more details about his new album.

Word got out a few days ago that Kanye, Big Sean, and others are working on what might be the sequel to Cruel Summer when a Snapchat video captioned Cruel Winter leaked. According to The Source, the new track features Quavo, Desiigner, Yo Gotti, Travi$ Scott, 2 Chainz, Gucci Mane, and Big Sean, though the artist did not say who was featured on the record before launching it.

“I had the basic beat for a year and a half. It sounded right for this project,” West said on Big Boy, according to Time. “This is the hook we should have for the first single.”

He also revealed that the final track will be longer in the album version – the new song labeled “Champions” on Soundcloud and YouTube, follows below.
