Oh, Jon Stewart. How we have missed you.
The former host of The Daily Show has been retired for months now, but that doesn’t mean he’s not following the news. In particular, he seems to be following the remarkable success of Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump very closely. Appearing on David Axelrod’s “Axe Files” podcast this week, Stewart tore into the presumptive Republican nominee and said he wasn’t sure it was constitutional for a “man baby” to become president.

“Are you eligible to run if you’re a man-baby, or a baby-man?” Stewart quipped. “I don’t know if they’re referred to as man-baby Americans. He is a man-baby. He has the physical countenance of a man and a baby’s temperament and hands.”
Stewart then recalled the time he and The Daily Show made fun of Trump by calling him “a boiled ham in a wig” and Trump responded with a furious tweetstorm in which he made fun of Stewart for not going by his given name, which is Jon Leibowitz. At any rate, the encounter taught Stewart that Trump simply could not handle any form of criticism without launching into a narcissistic rage.
“Character is destiny,” Stewart said. “And he is the most thin-skinned individual.”
