T-Mobile USA rated best in customer service

yeah, anytime i’ve had to call them for REAL help they’ve shined. i would just love to see them get the iPhone4 and some broader 3G access..or maybe even 4G!

My coverage with T-Mobile keeps getting better by the month. Sprint can’t compare with coverage and Verizon can’t even in some places – IN MY CITY! Not making claims for somewhere in Florida or NY but the coverage T-Mobile provides me is more than adequate.
Boy Genius & Michael Bettiol (off of the top of my head) both go out of their way to include a negative remark with good T-Mobile news..

Besides that I get great customer service, and killer perks like UMA and @Home that no other provider offers. T-Mobile is said to be working on UMA + Android in Q3 which might be included in their HSPA+ flagship device

Yeah…TMO coverage is great in my area. I agree with the others…why the negative remark about TMobile? Its fine that you have your own opinion but I think if you are posting information about all these carriers, products, and services that they offer then the articles should be unbiased.

T-mobile actually tries to help you with your issues when you call. Even working out plans that don’t exactly exist on paper just to fulfill your needs. I gotta admit, I’ve had nothing but quality service over the phone with T-mobile. They are not afraid of removing services that you don’t need.

T mobile getting rated as having the best customer service reflects more on how bad the other companies service is rather than how exceptional their own service is!
