When it comes to iRobot’s Roomba lineup, two things are certain. First, it would be difficult to argue that Roomba robot vacuums are anything but excellent. They’re known far and wide for being among the best in the business when it comes to suction and overall performance. And second, it would be difficult to argue that Roomba robot vacuums are anything but expensive. Comparable models from other brands typically cost hundreds less than their Roomba counterparts. That’s why it’s often difficult for me to recommend Roomba robot vacuums to our readers.

Good news: some of the newest and best Roomba models out there are currently discounted. That means you can get the same great performance for much less money — sometimes even cheaper than similar models from rival robot vacuum makers. Prices start at just $179.99 for the new Roomba Essential Vac, which replaced the 600-series and normally costs $250. There are several higher-end models I would recommend this week as well, and I’ll tell you all about them in this roundup.

We told you about a great sale a couple of months ago on one of our favorite robot vacuum models. A Roborock S8 deal slashed this powerful high-end model to one of the best prices we’ve seen.

You can still save on Roborock’s awesome robot vacuum and mop combo if you clip the coupon on Amazon’s site. But now, there are several new deals you can also check out on iRobot’s popular Roomba lineup.

The star of the show right now is probably the Roomba Essential Vac robot vacuum, which is on sale for $179.99. It’s a very popular Roomba model that checks all of the essential boxes. It doesn’t have many fancy features or bells and whistles, but it has strong suction and it’ll get the job done.

If you’re looking for a more premium model, you’re in luck. All of iRobot’s hottest high-end robot vacuums are on sale this week.

Starting with our favorite, the Roomba Combo j9+ is on sale with a $400 discount this week. If you read our Roomba Combo j9+ review, you know that this is one of the most powerful robot vacuum and mop models that iRobot has ever made.

This is the latest and greatest model in the Roomba lineup. It offers some of the best vacuuming power and mopping performance of any robot I’ve tested, and I have tested more than 200 models over the past decade.

I will say that there’s one essential feature that the Combo j9+ is missing, however. Until comparable models, the Combo j9+ doesn’t have a base station that washes and dries the mop pads for you.

If you’re willing to sacrifice mopping in exchange for a cheaper option, the regular Roomba j9+ is on sale for $599. That’s a solid discount, and it’s the lowest price we’ve seen since the holidays.

Or, if you want iRobot’s latest and greatest, the Roomba j7+ Combo is down to $699 instead of $1,100. This was iRobot’s first robot vacuum with integrated autonomous mopping, and it’s still one of the best — especially at this price.

Last but certainly not least, the Roomba j7 robot vacuum is down to $379.99. That’s a solid discount from this model’s $600 retail price.

iRobot’s j7 isn’t quite as powerful as the j9, but it’s a great Roomba with AI-powered obstacle avoidance and plenty of other smart features. It also costs much less than the current lineup of flagship models.
