Just hours after Google revealed that its 2024 hardware reveal event is taking place in August, Samsung announced that the next Galaxy Unpacked will take place a month earlier. Samsung shared an invitation on its website today inviting fans to tune in on July 10 when the company takes the stage in Paris, France to show off the power of Galaxy AI.
“The next frontier of Galaxy AI is coming,” Samsung explained. “Prepare to discover the power of Galaxy AI, now infused into the latest Galaxy Z series and the entire Galaxy ecosystem. Get ready for a world of possibilities as we enter a new phase of mobile AI.”
Like Google and Apple, Samsung is putting an emphasis on AI this year. Galaxy AI is its suite of features that includes Interpreter for real-time translations, Photo Assist to touch up your photos, and Note Assist to summarize your notes.
Beyond AI, Samsung will also take this opportunity to announce several devices. We expect to see the Galaxy Z Fold 6, Galaxy Z Flip 6, Galaxy Watch 7, Galaxy Watch Ultra, Galaxy Buds 3, and the company’s first-generation smart ring, dubbed the Galaxy Ring.
