We already knew that the PlayStation VR headset would be slightly cheaper than competitors – but then again you do need to buy a console for it to work – and Sony finally announced a release date for its highly anticipated VR product.
The company revealed at its E3 conference on Monday that PlayStation VR will ship to consumers on October 13th. The pricing structure remains unchanged. We’re looking at $399 for the headset, while an extra $100 will get you a camera and Move controllers on top of the headset. Yes, you need these accessories, if you don’t own them already.
