For many iPhone owners, the most exciting feature in iOS 10 is the iMessage App Store. Communicating with colleagues, friends and family members is now more dynamic with app extensions, games and stickers to spruce up the experience.
Although many iMessage users will likely be distracted by Super Mario Run stickers and games like Words With Friends, there are plenty of useful tools coming to the store as well, including the confidential messaging app Confide.

“You can now send and receive Confide messages, all within the comfort and convenience of iMessage. Send encrypted, private and self-destructing text and photos. It’s completely frictionless – there’s no need to create an account,” the developers explain within the App Store description of the updated app.

In order for Confide to work, both users will need to have the latest version of the app installed. Once you have Confide on your phone, you’ll be able to send a private message that can only be seen when a user drags his or her finger over it. Once the text has been read or the picture has been seen, it will vanish.
In addition to iMessage support, Confide 4.0 is also compatible with Siri. Just say “Siri, send a Confide message,” and your message will be sent.
