Apple services are getting more expensive. Cupertino is increasing prices for Arcade, TV+, News+, and Apple One bundle prices. Only Fitness+ and Apple Music have remained the same.

These are the new prices in US dollars:

  • Apple Arcade: From $4.99/month to $6.99/month
  • Apple TV+: From $6.99/month to $9.99/month
  • Apple News+: From $9.99/month to $12.99/month

That said, Apple One bundles are also more expensive:

  • Individual: From $16.95/month to $19.95/month
  • Family: From $22.95/month to $25.95/month
  • Premier: From $32.95/month to $37.95/month

The last time Apple raised prices was on October 22, 2022. At that time, the affected services were Apple Music, Apple TV+, and Apple One bundles.

Although this price increase has appeared on Apple’s website, the company now needs to warn users that these prices will rise 30 days before charging them the new value, so they can cancel any service if they don’t think it’s worth it.

The last time, the company said prices were going up due to increased licensing costs, which would give Apple Music artists and songwriters additional money for their music, while the price of TV+ was rising due to more content.

That said, the company will likely follow a similar approach as it continues to add more Apple Arcade games, and Apple TV+ has more shows than ever. With that, it’s natural that Apple One bundles also get pricier.

More recently, Cupertino announced new iCloud plans for those needing more than 4TB of storage.

For this specific price increase, the company says existing subscribers will see these price increases 30 days later on their next renewal date. In addition, Cupertino states it’s focused on delivering “the best experience possible for our customers by consistently adding high-quality entertainment, content, and innovative features to our services.”

The subscription prices for Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, Apple News+, and Apple One will increase in the US and select international markets beginning today. Existing subscribers will see these price increases 30 days later, on their next renewal date.

We are focused on delivering the best experiences possible for our customers by consistently adding high-quality entertainment, content, and innovative features to our services.

Since launching four years ago, Apple TV+ has made history for streaming services by crossing major milestones in a short span of time, thanks to its extensive selection of award-winning and broadly acclaimed series, feature films, documentaries, and kids and family entertainment. Apple Arcade continues to offer players unlimited access to hundreds of incredibly fun games — nearly tripling the titles available when the service first debuted in 2019 — with exciting new games and updates added monthly. Since launching, Apple News+ has added more than 100 top newspapers and magazines to include a total of over 450 publications, a catalog of narrated audio articles from News+ publishers, local news collections in over 20 cities and regions, and a daily crossword and mini crossword puzzle.

With the increase in these individual services, the pricing of Apple One will also be adjusted. It remains the easiest and best way to get all of Apple’s subscription services in one simple plan at the best value.
