ZTE’s new iPhone 5 clone does have one remarkable feature

Chinese manufacturer ZTE has unveiled its new flagship phone called the Nubia Z9 and, wouldn’t you know it, it looks just like the iPhone 5. We’re not trolling here, either. Look at the thing:

Yes, it even has the single home button right at the bottom of the display. That said, there is one remarkable feature that really sets it apart from the iPhone 5: It has a completely bezel-free display. This is significant because manufacturers have been working consistently to slim side bezels and free up more room for displays for years. LG has typically come the closest to making a truly bezel-free display and Samsung has been pioneering curved smartphones that are in essence have edge-to-edge displays.

As for other specs, Android Headlines informs us that is has a 5.2-inch 1080p display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, a 16-megapixel camera with optical image stabilization, 3GB of RAM, 32GB or 64GB of storage and Android 5.0 Lollipop. It’s available for preorder right now in China and its entry level price is roughly $565.
