Windows 10 is probably the most exciting Windows update we’ve seen in years. A massive number of Windows 7 and Windows 8 users have already upgraded to Windows 10, and the upgrade wave is far from over.

The new operating system brings several interesting features — including the new Start button, the Microsoft Edge browser or Cortana voice assistant integration — and has received very positive reviews so far, even though Microsoft still has plenty of bug squashing to do.
In just two days since Windows 10 was first released to the public, Microsoft has announced that the OS is already installed on some 14 million devices, with Windows Insiders having been the first to have received the update.
Furthermore, more Windows users who have preregistered for the update are waiting to upgrade, the company said. Microsoft revealed that the Windows 10 upgrade process will continue in phases over the coming days and weeks, suggesting there are plenty of users still waiting to receive the update.
