Between July and December 2011, J.D. Power conducted customer surveys that found Verizon had the best network in five regions covering 44 states. “This study is yet another acknowledgement of Verizon Wireless’ dedication to the overall customer experience,” the company said in a statement. The announcement follows the carrier’s recognition as J.D.
