A Christmas Story

might be the one movie that most people associate with the Christmas holiday, but an entire generation is about to have a new go-to movie for the holiday season. Behold: The Night Before, starring Seth Rogen, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Anthony Mackie as three friends who set out to make this Christmas the most crazy, debaucherous, drug-filled Christmas of their lives.

From the looks of the hilarious trailer, they succeeded.

“In New York City for their annual tradition of Christmas Eve debauchery, three lifelong best friends set out to find the Holy Grail of Christmas parties since their yearly reunion might be coming to an end.” That’s the plot according to the movie’s IMDb page. And knowing Seth Rogen, the trio will undoubtedly succeed.

In the 172-second trailer — which, by the way, is hilarious from start to finish — Gordon-Levitt’s character sees his two best friends moving on in life, and he decides they need one last hurrah before they have no choice but to grow up.

Some of the people who also make appearances in the trailer include Mindy Kaling, Lizzy Caplan and Jillian Bell. And according to the film’s IMDb page, Kanye West also appears in the movie at some point.
