Samsung (005930) isn’t going to let a loss hold it down, and the company looks ready to take the wraps off the sequel to its popular supersized Galaxy Note smartphone later this week. While we wait for the Galaxy Note II to get official, the full specs have seemingly been revealed by Seoul Newspaper. The big details all appear to line up with earlier reports, which suggested the Note II will include a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED display, a 1.4GHz quad-core Exynos processor and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. The report says the phone will include an 8-megapixel camera instead of the 12-megapixel shooter that had been rumored, however, and it also suggests that the phone will include 4G LTE connectivity and either 16GB or 32GB of internal storage. The Galaxy Note II is expected to be announced during Samsung’s IFA press conference on August 29th.
