The iPhone 6s is finally here with a host of new features, not the least of which is 3D Touch. As we detailed previously, 3D Touch is one of the more important and exciting innovations to grace the iPhone in quite some time.

While Apple’s implementation of 3D Touch on its own apps looks great, developers are also starting to get in on the action. Below are 10 apps which are already putting 3D Touch to good use.

1. Dropbox – Free

The updated version of Dropbox has full 3D Touch support. Hard press on the app icon and you’ll be able to preview files, upload photos, search, and do a whole lot more much more quickly.

2. Shazam – Free

This 3D Touch implementation truly shows off why the feature is a game changer. With Shazam on the iPhone 6s, simply hard press on the Shazam icon and you can start identifying songs immediately.

3. Magic Piano – Free

This fun music app has been updated with some intriguing 3D Touch support. Now, users can adjust the level of sound they hear depending on how much pressure they apply to the keys.

4. Instagram – Free

Users can now quickly post photos to Instagram and more readily see what’s happening on their timeline with peek and pop.

5. Pintrest – Free

The updated Pinterest app will let users quickly see what’s trending via peek and pop, create a board, and even search pins in a jiffy.

6. AG Drive – $3.99

AG Drive is one of the first games to feature support for 3D Touch by enabling drivers to pick up speed when conducting a hard press.

7. CARROT Weather – $3.99

One of the more widely popular weather apps, CARROT Weather users can now force press on the app icon to quickly search for a new location or bring up weather information from one of their saved locations.

8. Workflow – $3.99

This automation app geared for power users just got a little bit more powerful. Use 3D Touch with Workflow to take a peek at existing workflows and access various shortcuts.

9. Nightsky – $0.99

3D Touch on Nightsky will help you more efficiently track constellations and explore the sky.

10. Launch Center Pro – $4.99

Another automation app, the 3D Touch enabled version lets users access a myriad of shortcuts directly from the app icon. What’s more, the list of 3D Touch actions can be customized by users.
