Samsung will unveil its fifth-generation Galaxy Note phablet in September, and the first traces of the handset have already been discovered online (the phone’s model number), though it’s too early for rumors and images to further reveal secrets about the device. However, some fans have already started already imagining what the Galaxy Note 5 could look like, especially considering the new design lines Samsung has introduced with the Galaxy S6 family.

Online publication Concept Phones has published unofficial renders and a video of what a Galaxy Note 5 could look like when it debuts later this year.

The designer of this Galaxy Note phablet concept has imagined a device that’s made of metal and glass, and it’s just 7.9mm thin. The Galaxy Note 5 would feature a 5.9-inch display with 4K resolution (3840 x 2160 and 785ppi), 64/128GB storage, microSD support, a 20-megapixel main camera and a 4,100 mAh battery, according to these renders.

Even though these pictures have nothing to do with Samsung since they’re just fan-made creations, it’s more than clear that Samsung put a lot of pressure on itself with the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge regarding future smartphone designs.

The two new smartphones are Samsung’s best handsets to date, having been widely praised since their early March announcement. Samsung will now be expected to deliver equally amazing Galaxy Note smartphones, since the phablet family also has a flagship device status.

Meanwhile, you can check some of these Galaxy Note 5 renders below (video included), with more available at the source link.
