When it comes to conceptual renders of upcoming Apple products, there’s only one designer worth keeping an eye on: Martin Hajek. Over the years, Hajek’s skillfully crafted and tantalizing concept images have provided us with insight into what future Apple hardware and software might look like. And now with reports that Apple has plans to introduce a revamped MacBook Pro with an OLED touch panel located at the top of the keyboard, Hajek has delivered yet another home run.

Based on reports from the rumor mill, Hajek yesterday released a number of renderings which aim to show us how and why Apple’s next-gen MacBook Pro could very well be a game changer. As for a release date, it’s even been rumored that Apple may introduce its revamped notebook next week at WWDC ahead of a nationwide launch in August.

Now one of the more interesting aspects of a MacBook Pro with an OLED touch panel is that it could dynamically adjust to correspond with the needs of specific applications and use cases. For instance, the render below shows what the OLED panel might look like when Spotify is running.

Our only nitpick is that the render below lacks volume controls, but those could easily be added in place of the icons used for WiFi and battery life.

If the photo above doesn’t do it for you, try this one on for size..

In another example, Hajek imagines what the OLED panel might look like with Transmission running in the background.

And last but not least, Hajek imagines what Siri running on a MacBook Pro might look like. Incidentally, one of the big WWDC rumors this year is that Siri will finally be available on the Mac after a few solid years of iPhone exclusivity.

Hit the source link below for the full run down of Hajek’s concept images. They’re all truly impressive.
