With Samsung’s Unpacked event now just 9 days away, there’s really not much we don’t already know about the company’s upcoming Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus. From Geekbench 4 benchmark results down to camera specs and RAM, various leaks over the past few months have spilled almost everything worth knowing about Samsung’s next-gen smartphone lineup. In fact, the only thing we haven’t been able to get a firm read on thus far is pricing. That is, until now.

Recently, noted leaker Evan Blass fired off a tweet detailing Samsung’s pricing matrix for the S8 and S8 Plus. While the figures Blass cites are the same as a murky retailer leak we spotted earlier this month, Blass’s impressive track record appears to confirm that Samsung’s next-gen phone lineup won’t come cheap.

Specifically, the S8 and S8 Plus will reportedly retail for 799€ and 899€, respectively. Doing some rough currency conversion math on the S8 models, that’s comes out to about $857 and $964 in U.S. dollars. Meanwhile, pricing for additional accessories can be seen below.

What’s particularly interesting is that pricing for the S8 and S8 Plus is about 100€ more expensive than what we saw last year with the S7 and the S7 Plus. Whether or not this will have a discernible impact on sales, however, remains to be seen.

With the pricing piece of the S8 puzzle seemingly solved, here’s a quick rundown of what we can expect Samsung to announce during the company’s Unpacked event on March 29.

Samsung’s 5.8-inch Galaxy S8 will reportedly feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 835 processor, 4GB of RAM (6GB for consumers in China and Korea), a new high-speed photography mode, 64GB of storage, an 8 megapixel sensor on the front, a 12 megapixel shooter on the back, a 3000 mAh battery, iris recognition functionality, fingerprint recognition, and last but not least, facial recognition software that will reportedly be used to authenticate mobile payments and other secured transactions.

As far as a release date is concerned, it’s widely believed that Samsung’s new S8 and S8 Plus will officially go on sale on April 28.
