Let’s say you’ve just bought a shiny new Retina MacBook, but you’d also like to dock it to a larger monitor — which monitor should you pick? Popular gadget YouTuber Jonathan Morrison thinks that he’s found the perfect setup for his MacBook and it involves two main components: An Acer H277HU 27-inch monitor and a Twelve South BookArc stand.

What makes this particular Acer monitor so essential, Morrison explains, is that it comes with a USB Type-C port that not only serves as the main connector to your MacBook, but that also charges the laptop while it’s plugged in. This means that you no longer need to have multiple cables to hook your MacBook up to a bigger monitor — you just need one USB Type-C cable. Morrison also says the Acer monitor is “really, really pretty” with a metal build and very slim side bezels.

The Twelve South BookArc stand, meanwhile, will hold your MacBook in a closed position near the monitor so you barely notice it’s there. Other parts of the setup include a Samsung USB-3 SSD for additional storage and a wireless keyboard and mouse.
